Remembering a Lifelong Soccer Volunteer
Daphne has been a lifelong administrator in the game as board member and volunteer with her Winsloe-Charlottetown Royals FC soccer club and with the PEI Soccer board.
She was one of a number of organizers of the Youth Soccer League before the Association was even officially formed in 1979.
